I’ve visited Lip Esteem many times & each time I’m greeted with a wonderful smile & a helping hand. My five year old daughter & I love stopping by when we’re in town. We’ve purchased the lip scrub, have acquired several chapsticks & utilize the wonderful lip balms/ sticks as well. There’s a product for anyone who walks through those doors & the employees will help you find whatever it is that your heart desires. Beyond lips, they also sell cute clothing merchandise!

Tameka worked with me to get ready for a photo shoot. I wanted a red. You know how hard it can be to find that right red. She was not hesitant to tell me when something was not the right look with my complexion and consulted with me on some other every day wear. Lip Esteem products are soooo good. I snapped up that Vitamin E stick to bear the MN winter and have come to love my Sacred Matte gloss for everyday wear. Ill be back and Im already sending friends!
The owners know everything about their products and will help you find what’s right for you. The products are cruelty free and vegan, which is awesome. The products are GREAT! I got the long wear lipgloss and it actually stays on all day without making my lips dry!
I have every lipstick color to date that Lip Esteem offers. Usually I have to have a moisturizer base with lipstick but with this product, it serves as both. It doesn’t bleed, smudge, or rub off easily.Tameka Jones has really outdone herself and I can’t wait to see and try new colors and products to come!!! The boutique is breathtakingly gorgeous as well. I absolutely love my Lip Esteem lipsticks and liners: I purchased I Promise lipstick & Curry lip line first last year and they became my instant go to for a your lips but better look. Wore it for a photoshoot and it was perfect! On more adventurous days I reach for Purple Reign which wears like a bright fuchsia on me and when Im going out or want to be a bit more brave I totally love Bea-u-t-ful. Its to die for.
All the lipsticks are matte but seriously moisturizing and I never feel like they are drying my lips out. They also stay forever and wear very evenly. The liner is butter and so Pigmented!

In 2020, during the civil unrest in Minnesota, Tameka Jones founded Lip Esteem—not just as a beauty brand, but as a source of empowerment, resilience, and unity for the community. Growing up, she was teased about her full lips and tried to conceal them with black eyeliner. But as she grew older, she embraced their beauty. As a makeup artist, she met people of all backgrounds struggling with insecurities. She wanted to help them find confidence in their own beauty. Through Lip Esteem, Tameka continues to inspire others to embrace their uniqueness and wear their confidence boldly.

Yes, you can however we highly recommend first using our "No scrubs" Lip Exfoliator and following up with the "Make Me Invisible" Vitamin E Lip balm.
What is your return policy on products?
Products purchased on lipesteem.com, our in-store location, and vendor events may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase as indicated on your invoice. To qualify for a return:
- Products must be gently used and in their original condition.
- More than 90% of the product must remain in the container to be eligible for a return. Excessively used or nearly empty products will not be accepted.
- Return shipping and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.
