Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping details, items, and quantities are correct.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility
Products purchased on lipesteem.com, our in-store location, and vendor events may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase as indicated on your invoice. To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be gently used and in their original condition.
  • More than 90% of the product must remain in the container to be eligible for a return. Excessively used or nearly empty products will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our Customer Care Team at customercare@lipesteem.com with your order details, reason for return, and a clear photo of the product.

  2. Once approved, package your return securely and include the original list of contents, noting the items being returned.

  3. Ship your return using a traceable method (such as USPS Insured Parcel Post or Regular Mail with Delivery Confirmation) to the address below:

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 10-14 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days after processing.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your statement.

Additional Return Guidelines

  • Third-Party Purchases: We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from lipesteem.com or our in-store location, and vendor events. Products purchased from retail stores or third-party websites must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email Customer Care at customercare@lipesteem.com for assistance.
