When I was young I was a member of the Lou Wiley Highstepper Drill Team. It was one of the most special times of my life when I could dance and be creative with my friends. The Highsteppers even danced at the Super Bowl in the early 90's. Mrs. Wiley was a Health Teacher and truly a special person and will always be remembered for her "African Movements" which today may just be called "twerking" lol.
